Sanjeeva is a well-known business leader, who counts over 30 years of senior managerial experience. Using the vast expertise gained in diverse industries, he founded Promise Land Developers, with the vision of enabling every person to have an ideal property solution – ‘The promise of a new land’
Sanjeeva had a career spanning 24 year at John Keells Holdings Plc where he served as a Member of the Group Executive Committee and was the President of the Information Technology and IT Enabled Services Group, Plantation services, Outbound travel business group and John Keells BPO Solutions (Private) Limited.
He was also the Sector Head of the Transportation and Logistics Sector, the Managing Director of Lanka Marine Services (Private) Ltd and of J.K. Packaging (Private) Ltd. Prior to JKH he worked at Aitken Spence Printing (Private) Limited. Sanjeeva has extensive experience in the IT and ITES industry, plantation services, outward-bound travel business, printing and packaging business, bunkering business, airline, travel, freight forwarding, warehousing and the shipping business.
A Printer by profession, Sanjeeva qualified from the London School of Printing, and is a Member of the London Institute of Printing, UK. Sanjeeva was awarded the very first Chairman’s award in the JKH Group for outstanding achievement at a Director and above category.

Samantha counts over 10 years of experience in the Marketing industry. She was a Brand Manager at a multi-national organization and was responsible for a wide range of well-known brands in the market.
She is the Co-Founder of a multi-disciplinary Centre for children with developmental disabilities and has contributed to educating, supporting and uplifting parents, teachers and persons with disability. In 2016, she enabled the launch Sri Lanka’s first tri-lingual disability parent support group. Currently, she continues to
collaborate in organizing special events to promote disability awareness and societal acceptance.
Samantha has a positive work ethic and strongly believes in work inclusion, enabling and supporting those who are in need and respecting each individual for their contribution.
She holds a MSc in Applied Psychology (UK) and a MSc in Food and Nutrition (IND).

Thusitha Ruberu is a qualified professional with a strong foundation in both finance and supply chain management. He holds a Higher National Diploma in Accountancy and is a Graduate in Purchasing & Supply Chain Management. As a Corporate Member of the Institute of Supply and Materials Management (ISMM) Sri Lanka, he brings both academic knowledge and industry-recognized credentials to his work.
He has held several key roles in reputed organizations across different sectors. Thusitha began his career as an Accountant at Sewalanka Foundation (Gur) Ltd., where he later progressed to the position of Purchasing Manager, gaining hands-on experience in procurement and operational coordination. He then moved on to become Finance Manager at Namal Balachandra (Pvt) Ltd., overseeing financial planning, reporting, and strategic budgeting.
Currently, Thusitha serves as Manager – Legal/Compliance and Developments at Promise Land Developers. In this role, he is responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, managing legal documentation, and contributing to the projects developments and growth initiatives. His cross-functional expertise and leadership experience make him a valuable contributor in both corporate finance and operational strategy
